FM Transmitter

Did you know an FM Transmitter is versatile and can be used for an array of different audio sources?

It's true. In this blog post, we'll examine a few of the methods you can use an fm transmitter and why I think everyone should have one of these in their house or car.

First up:

  • House parties and pool parties - If you like to entertain, then you should know you can use your fm transmitter to broadcast your favorite music or audio source to radio's outside and inside the house. This way everyone feels apart of the same shin dig.
  • Holiday lights displays - Just go on You Tube and type in holiday lights displays and instantly you'll understand how versatile a fm transmitter can really be. People all across the world use them to broadcast the music from their lights displays to fans who drive by in their car's.
  • DVD players can plug right into a unit and play the sound to fm radios through out the house. So you can play your favorite cd in your dvd player and hear the sound just by plugging one into it.
  • Drive in movies - home drive in movies are becoming very popular among projection television owners. Basically they are taking the fm transmitter and using it to broadcast sounds to movie goers.
  • Translators - Yes...they even use these little units to broadcast language translations. Most use them in churches. This allows the sermon to heard by different members of the church community who can't speak the native tongue. The translator speaks in to the fm transmitter and the sound is then broadcast to an fm radio.
  • iPhone and iPad - Take your music on the road with you or play the music on your iPod and iPad and broadcast it to any car or home stereo system. Works great in cars for people who don't have auxiliary inputs in the car stereo.
As you can see, there are many uses for an FM transmitter and you can see how versatile these little marvels of technology can be and the various methods you can use them.
